Mi nombre es Cesar Chinchilla tengo 19 años y soy diseñador grafio independiente, resido en Tegucigalpa-Honduras.
M e interesa como propuesta artista la memoria histórica e individual de los colectivos sociales, y las introspectivas personales y como estas influyen en el colectivo social y construyen la historia. De igual forma el discurso desde el punto de vista artístico de los procesos memoricos de olvido-presencia desde la plataforma individual y la relación de esta con el colectivo social.

Mis intereses son el arte público, video, ilustración y la instalación, de igual manera marcada por mi contexto latinoamericano soy partidario de toda sublevación ante la ruptura de la libertad y creación libre del arte, utilizando como única herramienta la propuesta artística.

My interests are public art, video, illustration and installation, just as marked by my Latin American context I support any rebellion against the break of freedom and free creation of art, using only the artistic tool.
